Conver your Dreams Into Reality: Every person has such a dream in life, forwhich he is living. He thinks that he will become so happy whenthe dream will come true. Whatever be that dream, small or big, it isalways big for that person. And because of this, the first thing thatcomes to his mind is - it is very difficult to fulfill my dream. Simple Way to Turn Your Dreams Into Reality
If you do not know, swimming will be difficultfor you. But if you ask the fellow who swims very well,he will say to you, "Oh man, there is nothing easier than swimming." That means nothing is difficult, nor easy. These are just illusions. A person chooses the illusion which he likesthe most.
Now it is up to you which one you will choose. Because if you have already accepted thatit is difficult to turn the dream into reality today, then it will become more difficultfor you to do. And if you are not determined today it iseasy, if not today then tomorrow it will really become easy for you.
So to turn any illusion or dream into reality,the first step is - to assume that it is easy and you can do it. Yes, it is possible. I can do it. Now let's come to the second step. Now you started believing that yes it is easy,it means you have worn glasses of illusion which are blue in color. Now everything appears blue to your eyes. So now if I go and ask you, brother, doesthe world look blue?
You will say as I have worn blue glasses,everything appears blue to me. It means your illusion has not become realityyet. But think if you keep wearing that glass for20 years and never take them off, then a day will come when I go and ask you if our worldis blue, then you will say yes, it is blue. Because by then you must have forgotten thatyou have been wearing blue glasses for so many years.
So the second step is - to focus on that illusionfor a long time. Now we all know that the focus should be maintained,and we know that quite well but we are not able to do it. Why? What is the reason for this? It is because we cannot come out of our comfortzone. Why can't we come out of the comfort zone? Because there are millions of distractionslike Facebook, WhatsApp, television which distract our mind easily.
So how can we focus on a single thing despitehaving so many distractions? There are two ways to do that. The first one is to change the environmentoutside just like the athletes used to do. If an athlete has to win a gold medal, hespends most of his time in the stadium and not at home. But walking this path is not possible formost of us.
Because, just to keep yourself aloof fromthe distracting world, you cannot leave your house and go to the mountains nor can youstop going to the office. And if you go to the office then there willbe discussions on the politics. So this path is not for everyone. Now the other way is to change the environmentinside us.
You can change the environment inside youto such an extent that even if there are millions of distractions outside, they will not haveany effect on you. Now the question that comes here is how todo this, so there are 3 simple steps that we need to know. The first step is to clarify why.
It means if you want to do something thenwhy do you want to do that? Is it coming from the inside, or someone elsefrom outside is pushing you to do that work? What are the reasons behind doing that work? You have to clarify why and what. Now the second step is - where or what tofocus on.
It means you have to choose only one placewhere you have to put all your focus. For example, if you are thinking of weightloss, then you have to choose whether to concentrate on eating or exercising.
If you try to focus on both for the firsttime, then you will not be able to focus on any one thing and you will fail. One has to choose a single thing and put allthe focus on it. Now the third step - how to focus. This is where 90 percent of people make mistakes. They just clear the why and what and takethe shot immediately after that, without thinking how to do it and they become failures.
Once you clear why and what, imagine thatthing in your mind, that yes, I am becoming successful in that work. And keep imagining that until a clear pictureof that thing is created in your mind. Until you are not completely convinced fromthe inside that yes, it is possible. I can definitely achieve this thing by walkingon this path.
Unless and until that image is completelyclear in your mind, no step should be taken. As soon as the image is formed, the path onwhich you are convinced from inside, you should take the first step towards that path. Now, after following all these methods exactly,there will be some people who will succeed, and some will not.
There will be only one small difference betweenthem - that is the difference in persistence. Even after doing so, life will come and slapyou on the face, it will give you such setbacks that you cannot even imagine and you willfall. So there will be losers who will fall onceand never stand up again. But the winners will fall a thousand times,but each time they fall they will again stand up.
Just look at a magnifying glass, if you focussunlight using it at one point of paper for a long time, then the paper will catch fire. But even before a few seconds if you moveit just a little bit, the paper will not catch fire. So in the end, persistence plays a big rolein it.
